At the heart of the cookery school is a range of inspirational and diverse courses. From Beginners’ Basics to Chefs’ Tricks and Tips, they are designed to be both challenging and fun.

Throughout the year, we are constantly refining and expanding the courses on offer and are happy to respond to requests and suggestions from our guests. So, if you don’t see the course you would really like, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate it in some form.

Our courses range in length from one, two and three day courses throughout the year.

We aim to maximise the amount of practical time you get, allowing for a break for lunch to sample your morning’s work.

All our courses are based on using locally sourced, fresh produce. Using simple, honest, readily available ingredients, we aim to ensure that you can create mouthwatering dishes at home that are stunning yet achievable, regardless of whether you are cooking Thai, Italian, South American or British seasonal food.

At the end of each course, you will have a selection of recipes and tips to take home. You may even have a few culinary creations to take away.
