Cookery Courses:
We offer 1 and
2 day practical hands-on cookery courses
for small groups which ensures maximum individual attention is always
available. Guest students have the opportunity to learn new skills and
recipes whilst picking up some expert tips in a fun and enjoyable
atmosphere. Click here for our themed

Teaching takes place in our state of the art spacious open plan
classroom under the expert guidance of our team of chef tutors who are
all highly skilled and experienced. Each student has their own
individual work station with the kitchen being equipped with modern
ranges by Rangemaster as well as Agas.
The practical courses starts at 9.30am with refreshments, this is then
followed by a tour of the kitchen at 10.00am when cooking commences! A
two course lunch is usually served at around 1.00pm followed by an
afternoon back in the kitchen, which concludes around 4.00pm, when the
school shop is open where we sell an exciting and expanding range of
cookware and books.

Cost: £350.00 per person 2 days (£450.00 2 day Bread & Baking
Course)

Demonstrations
The demonstrations take place in our open plan classroom for up to 20,
giving people the opportunity to see how the experts do it whilst
picking up some expert tips and tasting some delicious food which has
been prepared and cooked in front of them.
The demonstrations start at 9.30am with refreshments and finish at
approximately 1.30pm after lunch.
Cost: £75.00 per person

Aga Courses:
The cookery school offers 3 Aga Courses
Aga Taster Day - A fun
introduction to Aga cooking. Designed for both the complete Aga beginner
and existing owners, this day centres round an extensive morning
demonstration of Aga capabilities. The afternoon is set aside for a
relaxing leisurely lunch with wine. A great way to understand why the
Aga is such a kitchen icon.
Cost: £150.00 per person 9.30am – 3.30pm

tastings, recipe pack, 2 course lunch with a glass of wine)
Essential Aga - A comprehensive
and two day course designed for existing owners. Hands-on and practical,
you will learn how to get the most from your Aga, perfecting techniques
and skills that will enable you to fully enjoy how simple and delicious
Aga cooking can be.
Cost: £350.00 per person 2 days
(includes; refreshments, course tuition, all ingredients
and equipment, recipe pack, 2 course lunch with wine and a goody bag with some of the food that you have cooked
on the course, excludes accommodation)
Complete Aga - Whether you are an
existing owner or thinking about buying an Aga, what better way can
there be to perfect your cooking than by gaining hands-on experience
under an expert tutor? Due to the gentle way an Aga works, it can help
you to produce some fabulous dishes without much effort – if you know
how. The aim of this four-day course is to give you all the skills and
guidance to get the most out of your Aga from basic to professional
cooking.
