Our Cookery School

Eckington Manor’s state of the art cookery school teaches our cooks the story of food: from garden fork to dinner fork. We believe in transparency, all our ingredients are fully traceable, produced on our farm and grounds or sourced from local producers. Our cooks learn how to choose and treat quality ingredients, creating dishes with wonderful flavours using simple recipes they can enjoy again and again.

Whatever your experience – whether you’re just beginning or an advanced home cook, we offer a range of fun and simple courses to choose from.  We have the largest number of AGA’s in a UK cookery school and offer, amongst others, a selection of AGA cookery courses.  Alternatively, you can contact us for a tailor made one to one course or information on our professional chef courses.
