Foraging Master Class

Join foraging expert Liz Knight as she teaches you how to forage for wild ingredients collected from Eckington Manors farm and local surrounding countryside. During the forage, you will learn how to safely and confidently start foraging and how it should be done legally and sustainably. Liz will then teach you how to turn finds into accompaniments for lunch in the cookery school - you will learn how the wild food gathered can be blended with other ingredients to create incredible flavours. After lunch, you will forage for ingredients to create a home-made gin or syrup which can be taken home.
Arrive for a 10am start
