Our One Day Retreats provide you with a choice of programmes to suit your individual needs. 

Set in the most beautiful surroundings our venue is Eckington Manor. Originally a farm, Eckington Manor, near Pershore, has been beautifully restored and offers stylish contemporary design and excellent attention to detail.  From the moment you arrive you will find this hidden gem provides inspiration and the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Our Inner Calm and Power to Achieve programmes introduce you to new ideas and equip you with tools and techniques which will help you in your everyday life.  By learning through practical exercises you will be able carry on with these techniques ensuring you continue to feel the benefit of the Retreat long after you return home.

Combining theory with lots of practical exercises throughout the day this is the prefect environment in which to try out new things and start loving the life you live.

Choice of Programmes

Inner Calm  10am arrival and welcome. This programme looks at ways in which to manage and combat stress. We practice techniques that help calm the mind, aid sleep quality and help attain balance in your life.  Using a variety of techniques including meditation and Reiki healing this is about creating calm in your life.  We end the day with afternoon tea at 4pm.

Power to Achieve  10am arrival and welcome. This practical programme introduces you to techniques that you can employ to achieve your goals and ambitions in any aspect of your life. Filled with exercises you can continue at home we introduce you to visualisation techniques and teach you how to re-frame your thoughts for a more positive outcome.  We end the day with afternoon tea at 4pm.

Cost

One Day Retreat

Includes delicious lunch and refreshments throughout the day.  All teaching, therapies and materials are included.

Overnight accommodation is available at additional cost and subject to availability.
