Cerney Ash goat’s cheese mousse,
marinated beetroots, gingerbread crumb, burnt orange & chicory


“Partridge in a pear tree”,
pine smoked partridge, poached pear, chestnuts, bacon jam


Roast fillet of monkfish,
tandoori spice, caramelised cauliflower, braised lentils, curry velouté


Sirloin of Longhorn beef,
crispy short rib, black garlic, hay baked carrot, slow cooked swede


Oxford Blue cheese,
traditional Christmas cake, port & cranberry reduction


“Ferrero Rocher”,
glazed chocolate & hazelnut mousse, salted caramel, milk ice cream
