spiced pumpkin chutney, mulled Eckington Cyder, chestnut brioche

Cerney Ash goat’s cheese mousse,
marinated beetroots, gingerbread crumb, burnt orange & chicory

“Partridge in a pear tree”,
pine smoked partridge, poached pear, chestnuts, bacon jam

Gin cured south coast mackerel,
dill & oyster emulsion, grapefruit, charred cucumber & yoghurt

Wild mushroom tartlet,
slow cooked egg yolk, whipped parmesan, truffle duxelles


Apricot & chestnut stuffed turkey roulade,
red cabbage puree, shredded sprouts, fondant potato, maple glazed parsnip

Sirloin of Eckington beef,
crispy short rib, black garlic, hay baked carrot, slow cooked swede

Loin of Tewkesbury venison,
roasted grape puree, celeriac & braised haunch, pickled walnut

Roast fillet of monkfish,
tandoori spice, caramelised cauliflower, braised lentils, curry velouté

Jerusalem artichoke & pearl barley risotto,
Berkswell cheese, wild mushrooms, truffle & hazelnut


Christmas pudding parfait,
spiced brandy snap, griottine cherries, brandy ice cream

“Ferrero Rocher”,
glazed chocolate & hazelnut mousse, salted caramel, milk ice cream

Burnt honey delice,
poached pear, honeycomb, gingerbread ice cream

Spiced pumpkin custard tart,
bitter chocolate sorbet, maple mousse, candied pecans

Oxford Blue cheese,
traditional Christmas cake, port & cranberry reduction
