braised cheek, heritage carrot, apple puree

Fillet of cod,
seasonal vegetables, liquorice beurre blanc

Butternut squash rotolo,
white onion velouté, wilted greens

Spiced lentil parcel,
heritage carrot, parsley

Desserts

Earl Grey set cream,
apricot sorbet, sablé

Passionfruit parfait,
yoghurt, lime meringue, coconut ice cream

Chocolate delice,
strawberry, honeycomb

Cheese selection,
crackers, chutney
