Marinated Cheltenham beetroots, whipped goats' cheese, pink pepper honeycomb, charred lemon curd


Jerusalem artichoke & chestnut soup, potato brioche


Caramelised cauliflower, whipped parmesan, truffle bolognaise, roasted yeast


Hay baked celeriac, smoked celeriac purée, toasted hazelnuts, wild mushrooms, celeriac jus


Hibiscus poached local rhubarb, chilled vanilla rice pudding, ginger parkin, rhubarb sorbet

Blood orange tartlet, white chocolate & tarragon, blood orange sorbet, almond crunch

Tasting Menu £75.00 per person 

A flight of 5 wines to accompany the tasting menu is available at the additional cost of £37 per person
