beef fat carrots, creamed potato, broccoli

Fillet of cod,
prawns, orzo, fennel, samphire

Roast breast of chicken,
stuffed thigh, potato gratin, celeriac

Spinach & ricotta rotolo,
almond pesto, confit shallot, tomato


Rhubarb mille-feuille,
hibiscus ice cream

Brown butter & sea salt chocolate ganache,
almond cake, salted caramel, vanilla ice cream

Passionfruit parfait,
yoghurt, lime meringue, coconut ice cream

Cheese selection,
crackers, chutney, quince
