Slow roasted chicken breast,
BBQ hispi cabbage, smoked carrot, wholegrain mustard sauce, yeast crumb

Pan roasted Cornish stone bass,
charred sweetcorn, borlotti beans, brown shrimp butter, romesco dressing

Truffled potato & egg yolk ravioli,
peas & broad beans, parmesan puree, pea & wild nettle velouté
