Eckington Manor's Mark Stinchcombe storms through to win MasterChef: The Professionals 2015

2015 was a momentous year for Mark Stinchcombe, one half of our multi-award winning Head Chef duo. Mark gripped the nation and stormed through to win MasterChef: The Professionals, a journey that catapulted him onto a national stage and saw him crowned as one of the county's finest chefs.

Mark's time on the show inspired a nation of foodies. We couldn't be more proud of Mark's success and we are very privileged to have Mark and his wife Sue heading up our kitchen here at Eckington Manor.

We watched him battle against competition of an incredible standard, but in the end his innate passion, prodigious understanding of ingredients and flavour, and ability to hold his nerve and deliver dishes that were a feast for both the eyes and the palate, won him the title.

Mark has worked so hard throughout his career and we could not be more proud.
