Winter Warmers

Saturday 5th December

This course showcases dishes that will warm up those cold, dark winter nights and taste amazing. Braised beef cheek in red wine with creamed potatoes & honey and thyme glazed carrots or pumpkin risotto could be feeding those hungry mouths!

Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. 

You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.

An Italian Christmas

Italian Christmas Eckington Manor Cookery School

As a nation, we have embraced Italian food. Italian restaurants can be found in almost every town throughout the UK, such is the popularity of Italian food.

Traditional Italian food is all about simplicity, using the freshest, best ingredients, cooked with the expertise to enhance the natural flavours and produce delicious dishes.

This course will teach you some of Italy’s best traditional rustic recipes that you will be itching to reproduce at home. Throw out your measuring devices, Italian cookery is all about understanding how ingredients complement each other and having the confidence to go with your gut on quantities – you will be tasting, tasting, tasting all course long!

Christmas Snacks Canapes Eckington Manor

Looking for inspiration for those Christmas parties? Then these canapé/snack ideas will be perfect to accompany the champagne, prosecco and cocktails.

Home-made classic blinis, smoked salmon and caviar, spiced parsnip rice balls and chocolate mince pie brownie could be gracing your special day.
